People fall asleep and dream about all sorts of mundane and surreal things, and wheelchair users have dreams just like everyone else. But, what if I told you that most wheelchair users dream that they’re walking, even strutting in high heels, without ever owning a single pair? Or that they’re running, jumping, or playing sports, even if they’ve never thrown a ball? Or dancing the night away, even if they’ve never stepped one foot on the floor?

And the crazy part? No one really knows why.
